ABOUT OUR RESOLUTIONS WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Make this year the last year you make a weight loss New Year's Resolution. Let us help you! According to studies most New Year's Resolutions are broken within three weeks! In our program we will coach, guide, direct and daily be with you as we go past the three week point and you reach your goal. Through a crash diet? NO. I'm sure you have done that before. I know I have. Through Lifestyle Coaching and a goal of greater health, restoration and reaching new levels of wellness. As Naturopathic Doctors we believe in getting to the root cause. It may be emotional eating, it may be tools and techniques. Together during this ONE MONTH group treatment weight loss program we discover together how to break the cycle of dieting and step into freedom and transformation.

Your Investment
Your total investment for this one month program is $720 (HST exempt). No up-front payment is required to participate in the program. Payment per session is
processed after each session. You will receive an invoice after each payment for submission to your insurance provider.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
This program is for you if you:
• Have been yo-yo dieting for years
• Would like to lose 30-60 pounds
• Have “stubborn weight” that always seems to come back after weight loss
• Use food as a way of dealing with stress
• Would categorize yourself as “an emotional eater”
HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?
We meet twice a week for a total of 8 sessions together. The program duration is 4 weeks (one month).
DOES THIS PROGRAM FOCUS ON FAST WEIGHT LOSS?
We believe in improving health in all ways: mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The goal of the program is health and part of that can include releasing weight and achieving sustainable and healthy weight loss, for life.
IS THIS PROGRAM VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON?
This program is both virtual and in person.
WILL THIS PROGRAM BE COVERED BY MY INSURANCE PLAN?
Many extended health benefit insurance plans cover the cost of naturopathic medicine. If you have employee benefits or third-party private insurance, then please check by contacting your insurance provider, as your insurance may cover part or all of the cost of this program. After each session, when payment is received, you will be given a receipt which can then be submitted to your insurance provider. If you do not have insurance or your provider will not cover the full program, you may check to see if it can be eligible and claimed on your income tax return under a medical expense.
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
Because this 4 week program is created to build on each week in a step-by- step method, attending each week is key. If you can not make a session please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the program time in order to avoid a missed appointment fee.
Missed appointment fee is $80 ; however, the fee will not be charged if at least 24 hours notice is given.
